Over the course of six years I led a multitude of global projects for this iconic luxury brand. Including, but not limited to a complete redesign of montblanc.com—refreshing and modernizing their online presence. Employing user-centric, responsive design, the site became a destination that catered to the individual—putting their needs and behaviours first.

A targeted SEO approach ensured users could quickly find what they were looking for, while inspiring content encouraged users to explore relevant products—increasing the likelihood of additional purchases and leaving a positive brand impression. An overall improved hierarchy and categorization of information resulted in a quicker and more streamlined checkout experience and purchasing funnel.

The ScreenWriter and TimePieces apps, as well as many seasonal and product campaigns established a premium experience for users to engage with the brand and products while submersing themselves in Montblanc’s rich history of craftsmanship and artistry.

Impact

The new site structure, bold imagery, and simple, clean design, as well as inspiring content elevated the brand to be relevant to a new and broader target audience. Site optimization increased search ranking as well as online purchase, and trackable footfall into boutiques.
